There are individual window units in each room which was great because each of us like a different temperature. There was a unit in the living room/dining room/kitchen that did a great job of keeping that part cool. However, it was sooooo hot when we checked in and it took it a couple of hours to cool off. It would have been nice for them to be already on.We love……

“A work based visit for a team member and I.The location was perfect for access to OC and LA both, without a city/busy feel. Downtown Santa Ana is great and has coffee and shops within walking distance. Check in was extremely easy, receiving codes and details a few hours before check-in. The secure garage was a plus and we felt very safe knowing only residents of the building had access. There was a nice gym and lobby area for the building as well. One area of opportunity would be the very loud……

“The house was nice and in a quiet culdesac. We felt safe coming home late at night. The drive was easy to get to Disneyland parking. A few recommendations: There still isn’t any full length mirrors in the house which would be nice. There wasn’t any hand towels in any of the bathrooms. There were tiny wash cloths hanging on the towel racks. There weren’t any in the house. Hand towels would be nice to have. There was only one partially used roll of paper towels for us. We were staying 9 nights in……
