“Hotel is tastefully furnished and amenities welcomed. This is one of the best areas in NY to stay with walking to the best restaurants and areas. The original building is beautiful and worth the resulting small rooms and slow elevator. We’ll be back.”

“The room was on the small side, but well appointed. Really clean and quiet. The Maritime seems to be an old property and certain areas show signs of decay. Complimentary breakfast, while limited, is a plus. I had a good experience in general and would go back.
