“This hotel is the perfect distance from the airport and all areas of Scottsdale. We were immediately welcomed by staff and checking in was simple. “This property is close to the airport and a short drive to Scottsdale and Tempe - as well and easy access to freeways that will take you anywhere in the Phoenix area. It is clean and the bed and bedding is super comfy. Nicely appointed room that over the pool. “The toilet was clogged for two days. I asked the front desk to help with the problem. The service staff said that repairmen would come soon. However, I was very disappointed when I returned to the room every night. No one came to repair it, which was very inconvenient. There were also cockroaches on the walkways. I hope the hotel can improve the overall cleanliness in the future.”
