“The pool wasn’t working so that was a bummer ”

“It is not the staff’s fault that the property is located in one of the worst parts of Denver, but it is a fact of life that that area of Denver has some of the worst crime rates! Having said that, the staff at this hotel were ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! From the moment we checked in, until I was leaving for home, the staff were very friendly, polite and respectful. The front desk staff, especially the young lady that checked us in, to the lady working the 3-11 shift, were always available and……

I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay. I booked 4 hotels from Expedia, this is the only one couldn't issue the receipt for me. Asked me to request……
