“I visited Sarajevo with my family in early May and stayed for a weekend. I was there with my spouse, 6 year old son and in-laws. Our experience was simply amazing and one of the best hotel experiences we ever had. We were greeted by Hasan, a lovely man who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience, he recommended restaurants, shopping spots, places to see. “It is not quiet by any means since it is actually on the main walking street and people can be loud at night. The other issue is lack of space to unload luggage but everything else is fine. We would do it again. ”

Items left in the safe were held and subject of multiple attempts at calls and emails to little avail. Only through a tour driver was i able to recover my currency wallet. The hotel seemed to block me most of the time. ”
