“Cabin was very clean, the view was phenomenal and it was nice feeling off the grid. We fished a ton every day with lots of luck. Wide variety of exotic animals to watch throughout the property. Would be very fun to visit during summer to take advantage of the pool. The listing on VRBO can be slightly confusing. There is a room that list two queen beds which only has one and upstairs living room that lists king is an air mattress. These beds we were using for kids, so we were able to make it……

“This was the perfect place for our getaway. The property was fantastic. The cabin was wonderful full of interesting history about the Chicken Ranch and everything we needed to cook and relax. Jan was wonderful and always responsive. The best part for us was being able to let our dogs off leash to run and hike the numerous trails. We will definitely return ”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The house and the grounds are beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes... we were able to stay in and cook all our meals there. The smores welcome pack was awesome. We spent most, if not all, of our nights around the fire pit just enjoying nature and lots of smores. There is a huge bathtub in the master bath, my 5 year old niece enjoyed her nightly "swim" (and the tub was never more than half full). We had six people total and had to let the water……
