“This property was secluded and great for our family all in town for a wedding. The inside was huge. The porch was giant and great for enjoying the outside. We let the children enjoy the cowboy hot tub and they surely did. We had a few local family members show up one evening and grilled hamburgers on the green egg located on the front porch. Fresh meat for Pateks groceries in that green egg made some amazing burgers. The place was clean and huge. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Upstairs the kids……

“There was a music festival near and we found this hidden gem! Very nice farmhouse. Cozy, clean, everything we needed! And great fishing near by that was all in one when you book the property! We all loved it so much! Ty for sharing your property with us!”

“We all had a great time ; especially our granddaughters. James and Marty are excellent hosts. They took the time introduce all the animals to our granddaughters including the goats, chickens, turkey, rabbits and peacocks. The girls got to hold and feed a baby peacock. The accommodations were perfect for us. Thanks for the goat milk for Susan’s coffee. We highly recommend staying at the Byrd’s Nest.”
