“When we first entered the property it was nice and cool. The layout of the house is nice and I love the esthetics. I love the fact that the cabinets are labeled with what's inside them without checking each cabinet!! The beds are comfortable and the couch was comfy to sit and watch tv and eat a snack. If your going to American Dream water park/mall its a 30 min drive (or less) depending on your driving. I would recommend staying here, clean,resonable pricing and Mr. Emanual was a great host. If……

“When I arrived there was an unexpected maintenance issue, but I was able to call the host and he was able to remedy the situation very quickly. The location is great and central to everything! The building is well kept, quiet, and I felt safe. ”

“Loved staying here. If you need a place to simply sleep in a comfy bed & get ready to go out for the day, this place is for you. The apartment is exactly how the pictures look. Big parking lot behind the house. The location was a quick drive to the towns we wanted to go visit. Host was super nice and communicative. Overall, we are soooo satisfied! “I booked for my son who is just 18 and too young to book a hotel. He needed a place to go after a concert with friends. I am so grateful to have found a host open to having a young group stay at their place. Upon arrival my son sent me a video stating the place was great! “Very comfortable and clean”! He really enjoyed his stay and said the whole process was easy and relaxing. I highly recommend! ”

“Communication with the host was very smooth and fast from the beginning, and the listing was exactly as had been advertised. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms provided great privacy and comfort for a group of colleagues travelling for work. Large communal areas and well-stocked kitchen was appreciated. Ideal location in central Manhattan right close to all major sites, ease of access to public transportation, car hire arrives within minutes. Would definitely stay here again.”

“the place was so lovely and comfortable! the hosts were very kind when we had some trouble getting in at first (user error), and we had no troubles at all during our stay. The pool and hot tub are amazing, the house is so comfortable, and there is lots of hiking and other nature activities nearby. the sound of the creek is so soothing!”

“I was not in the property I booked. The owner told me this was her personal unit with “some” of her personal items in it. It was her apartment that had all of her personal effects and had not been cleaned. The trash was full, the dishwasher stunk, there were no cleaning supplies or paper towels. When I asked about not being in the unit I booked, she got defensive and told me this was a bigger unit and that my daughter could sleep in the loft. The loft smelled like cat piss and was cramped full……
