“Great staff friendly and helpful. Only complaint would be not sure heater in room worked correctly. Room was plenty comfortable but woke up during the night and it felt it was the a/c on and not the heater. Too cold to use hot tub but looked very nice.”

“I’m leery of hype, especially in Gatlinburg the Mecca of hyperbole, but this place lives up to all its claims! The rooms are newly redecorated and are up to date, sleek, and clean. “The best part the kids were allowed to be kids. They loved the water slides. Breakfast was so good, and a variety to choose from. They also had an area with claw machines. My 9yr old won 2 stuffed animals. One of the best hotels we have stayed at in awhile. Also it’s walking distance to down town area. “Excellent stay! The room was beautiful and the staff was so helpful! After check in they send you to another staff member to get your key who will try to get you to attend a 90 minute session in hopes you will purchase a timeshare. We declined and they understood with no hassle. We were not bombarded with sales attempts and they were so respectful.
