“It’s too close to the seashore ”

“The front desk staff was very efficient and accepted our registered Emotional Support Animal with the greatest of ease. I offered her registration card and it was extremely smooth check it. Only had a small maintenance issue with the door lock needing a new battery. Our check out was extremely friendly just like our check in!! We look forward to seeing them again next year for Jeep Beach!! ”

“Really enjoyed my stay besides the elevators being on the fritz. Was able to order food from local places and have it easily delivered. The room was beautiful and the ocean view was perfect. Beach and pool access were easy and who doesn’t love free breakfast?! Would definitely stay again. Staff was friendly as well! ”

“The Ambros was a great place to stay. My husband and i live about an hour away and just wanted to get away. The hotel was right on the beach and is in walking distances to restaurants and stores. The staff was very friendly and great customer service. Matt was awesome and extremely helpful. The room was clean and updated. The bed felt like i was sleeping on a cloud. Extremely comfortable. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great place to stay. ”

“Great property and located close enough to all the annual action in Daytona Beach, but just far enough to have a quiet sleep. I'd rate the property 3.5 stars just because beach access was unavailable and closed off during our entire stay. We had to walk 3 hotels over to a public beach for access. Walking is good, but we do wish we had immediate access.”

“The people above us must of been playing basketball in their room. The room was worth the price we paid for it. Nice pool area! Love the tables outside the rooms, but not that you could smoke at them, right outside our room. ”

“Although the pool was under construction, the hotel was very clear about it and had the area clean and safe. ”

“We always enjoy staying at The Shores. They recently changed their dinner menu to much more than a shorts and flip flop restaurant. Entrees were $40+ each. ”

“The manager Marc is a fantastic person. Always greeting me when walking through the door. We are there with 18 high school kids and they treat everyone fantastic.”

“Staff was excellent! Everything irie! Older building being refurbished on an excellent location Daytona Shores beach . Near everything. Pool and beach access excellent. Great price point for older property . Family friendly fully equipped rooms with kitchenettes. Walking distance shopping! ”
