“Nice property in the arts district - within walking distance to Spring Street bike trail, food/coffee/ restaurants (Sawyer Yards, etc.), art studios, and Target. Clean property. Enough space for 6 adults or a large family given 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths. Along the railroad track but sound is not a major disturbance. Neighborhood is nice though a couple properties next to the unit are rundown (other post mentions this). Would stay again! ”
