“The front desk lied to my face saying there was no more rooms and then continued to lie to Expedia customer service saying I wanted to cancel the reservation! Which I was not! I even ask her if she had any other type of rooms and I can pay extra but she continues to say no so I had to leave and get another hotel.”

“The water pressure was great, and the location was close to restaurants. My only complaint as a parent traveling with children is that the rooms don't have SmartTVs, and guests can’t stream. ”

“The staff is friendly and extremely helpful to the guests and their individual needs. Everyone on staff is helpful and will go up and beyond to help you, if needed. I can’t say enough nice things about them all. ”

“Even though they were renovating the hotel was super clean, smelled wonderful and still provided all of their amenities. The staff was very friendly and they took safety very seriously. Upon checking in the desk clerk didn’t announce my room number aloud: and they had a sign that all deliveries are to be left at the front with prevents strangers from having direct access to your room. Also when he handed my id and card back my address was on the bottom so as not to be seen. I don’t know if that……
