“Decent facility ”

“Property management needs to make sure at least every once in a while the room gets a real deep clean. Room is almost complete carpet and carpet needs deep clean to insure it is cleaned. Also property management needs to get exterminators and deep clean with rodent spray or something. There were a few dead insects in some places and first night of stay there was a roach just on the wall had to kill it”

“Absolutely beautiful and clean room. Entrance has a magnificent staircase. About 100 feet from chateau is a cafe that serves the best breakfast pizza I’ve ever had. The grounds have ponds, fountains, vineyards, and flowers.”

“My name is Jing Tu and I checked in on December 22. Why did my credit card have two charges? One was $100.00 and the other was $100.07. Did I get charged twice for one night?”
