“We arrived just after check-in (3 pm on a Friday) and the room was already perfect and ready for us on the 4th floor (the top of the hotel). We had two queen beds with three huge fluffy pillows each and lovely down alternative bedding. Local channels, Netflix, and YouTube are available, but we just wanted to crash. “Water pressure is awful in the shower, you can barely wash soap off anything. Get rid of water efficient nozzles its ridiculous. I love holiday day inn express but this is the same thing at every location I've been to. AC/Heat is locked at locations also is a problem. Not everybody likes a room at 65 or 72 degrees. When paying money it should be set at whatever temperature I want. Towels you guys should get another distributor. If your not 120 lbs the towels don't reach around your……
