“酒店位置佳，近市中心，員工友善，但暖氣是中央控制的，有時沒有開，房間便會很凍，花灑的水温也不足，只是暖暖的，不是熱水浴。可能夏天住較佳。”

“I booked a room with shared bathroom and it turned out there was a mistake that the room was already booked. I got upgraded to a room with en-suite for free which was great. The room was very clean and nice. But the only strange thing is that I had to throw away the rubbish myself.”

“We had a lovely stay in Bath at this property. It was perfectly located, and had everything we needed for a stay with our family of four (two parents and two teen children). A couple quick adjustments/additions could have made it more cozy, however. We would have appreciated more towels, pillows, and blankets. The mattresses were fairly hard, so something as easy as a mattress topper would help.”

“Was bit out in middle of nowhere. Would have been nice to have had a local pub to go to in the evenings. Would not have risked walking anywhere at night too dark !”

“The cottage is warm and comfortable and its proximity to Bourton a definite plus. The only reason I put good instead of excellent is because the beds are not king sized as listed (as far as an American king - perhaps UK sizing is different) and although a dryer is listed as an amenity, there is only a washer w/ drying line”

“The property is excellent, everything you need for a relaxing week. The location is perfect a 5 min walk to the beach, it is a hill walk. Friendly host met others members of the family all very lovely. Perfect week and a perfect host. Thanks Ali x”
