“Great Space for larger family. Needs a bit of inside TLC. Didn't seem to have had its deep clean for the season - spiders, dust webs on walls and wall art. Kitchen cabinets need clean & relining. Outside light on front stairs was out. Front stairs need a railing. Window AC's had very dirty filters, living room AC was very noisy and made all the lights flicker - ended up turning it off. Wi-Fi didn't work with anyones phones. Refrigerator needs replacement definitely. Small spiders all over king……

“This house is well appointed for groups. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans etc. and loads of shatterproof glasses and plates as well as microwaveable dishware. There are 2 baby gates. The neighborhood is very pleasant and conducive to walking. The walk to West Dennis Beach takes about 20 minutes through residential areas and is a flat walk. There is also a drop off area at the beach. It’s a quick drive to many great restaurants and family friendly activities. We would stay here……
