“Was a nice place. Friendly considering its season on cape..some minor repairs needed..saw mold under baseboard in bathroom etc..could not make a deal to stay longer so mived to central hyannis for less $”
“The carpeted floor was filthy..it looked like it has never been vacuumed. There was construction next door so the swimming pool was covered. The AC filter was clogged with dirt. I don’t know anybody can rate this hotel above zero stars”
