“I always stay here when in Dayton on business. This hotel gives me everything i could ask for - its clean, economical, safely located, and has a full sized fridge and large microwave so i can save money not having to go out to eat. I had an issue in the middle of the night with my upstairs neighbor sounding like he was dropping bowling balls on the floor and called the front desk and they were able to immediately notify and stop the noise or at least it got a little more quiet lol… Kind people and gorgeous property!”

“Nice hotel, really clean. Staff is friendly. Beds were decent and the room was clean. A bit noisy, though. They allow pets and someone's dog was barking early in the morning. There were also children running around. No breakfast offered only coffee. However, there is a McDonald's and a Waffle House in front of the building. We walked up for breakfast. We will be staying again in July! ”
