“All in all a good hotel, especially the staff made this an enjoyable stay (Shoutout to Ruben and the lady in charge of breakfast)! The hotel is a good 30 minute walk (7 minute drive) from downtown. I walked there and felt fine both during the day and at night. Many dining options for take out and order. The lobby is decorated nicely, with swings and many cute seating options. They had a barkeeper that played live music. Contrary to what it says on Expedia they do offer complimentary breakfast,……

“Perfect location for me. I felt safe and was able to walk to Vanderbilt University in minutes. Will definitely be back soon. My son has 5 years here.”

“Nice place to stay in downtown Nashville but it’s not so close to Broadway that it’s rowdy. The parking garage was a nice feature and they had a refillable water bottle station which was great. All the staff were nice and the room was great! I’d definitely stay at a courtyard Marriott again, we don’t ever stay in hotels so I was very pleasantly surprised ”
