“I booked through Expedia and they overbooked the room type I had chosen. The lady on duty called me when they received the notification and quickly booked me into an available room that still worked for my husband and me. She was super nice and polite when we arrived and made sure that we were comfortable in the new room choice. We would stay there again. ”
