“Very nice location and very nice place. ”

“Perfect size for two people. Very comfortable bed. Quiet and safe neighborhood. It was about 1/2 mile to Live Oak and a few other bars and restaurants. It was about a mile and a half to the middle of Broadway but an easy and safe walk. (Took an Uber once but didn't save a lot of time due to traffic). A couple of good coffee shops were only a couple hundred feet away. The kitchen was well equipped if you needed to use it. The bathroom was very nice. ”

“Great little spot to stay! A bit further of a walk to Broadway than anticipated but we had a blast using scooters to get around easily! Local food places were great. Only minor complaint (and a petty one at that) there was a Mr coffee machine but no coffee pot and a Nespresso machine instead of a keurig but no pods for it. Very cute and clean place! ”
