“The back yard has a fence so I was able to let my dog run around without worry. The back porch was wonderful! Neighborhood was quiet. The home is an older home but good for us. 4 bedrooms. The home was very clean. I would stay again. It’s only about 10 minutes from Five Flag Speedway. ”

“It’s difficult to list all the positives of this property. There was more than enough space for 18 of us (8 adults, 6 teens, 4 kids). The proximity to the sound and the ocean was great. With the game room, pool, and bikes, nobody ever had a chance to get bored. “There were 3 families that stayed at the house for a week while in town for dance nationals. There were 6 adults and 7 kids, ranging from 11-16 y.o. The house gave us plenty of room so we never felt like we were on top of each other. “The house was absolutely charming. Lots of space and pretty roomy. The property manager Bill was really nice and on top of any concerns. Great communication. The house has a pretty easy and quick beach access. Close to restaurants and shopping. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The yard was not bad for our dog and was not over run with sand burs which was a plus. Our vacation was perfect along with the house. We will be back next year and will stay here again. “Our family had the most wonderful vacation week at the Sunshine Beach House! We had clear communication with the hosts prior to our stay and throughout. Our check-in process was a breeze. We were extra grateful for the option of heat for the pool as the first couple days of our stay were overcast/breezy, and this allowed us to still enjoy the outdoors!
