“Check in was quick and easy rooms for decent clean may needed some upgrades but other than that staff was very friendly. Only stayed one night so really wasn’t too bad at all.”

“We stayed several nights and loved the overall layout of the house-several bedrooms but master separated from each other so both had own space. We loved the fenced in yard to bring our dogs- it was a beautiful property. The only slight negatives which were not really huge for us: pool was not cleaned (only leaves and debris on the bottom so nothing crazy) we had children with us so they loved it regardless and we skimmed the pool several times during our stay. Showers run out of hot water fast.……

“Had a great stay at Eaton house. Quite older neighborhood very safe and laid back. 15-20 min to Pensacola beach and gulf breeze area. Very well maintained house and yard. Rooms were comfortable overall perfect for a family to stay! I will definitely book this house again on our next vaca to Pensacola.”
