“Evening meal menu terrible selection so disappointed. Hotel staff great as was room. Should of booked the other Holiday Inn in Lincoln”

“For the cost, the Swan accommodation was outstanding. Clean, everything worked and staff were fantastic. No frills, but we didn’t expect any. I would definitely stay again. ”

“ It seems that the staff are not used to greet guests good morning and the like. Also ,the restaurant is under renovation until end March, so reduced breakfast has to be served inside room. The environment outside the hotel is good,though, with many restaurants nearby.”

“Rooms were nice and staff were friendly. Stayed on the 4th floor try and avoid if you can. Room was directly under restaurant so got disturbed early on with chairs and tables shuffling and banging common about 7.45am”

“Parking is in The Lawns car park and at £10 for 24 hours is reasonably priced. Check in was very welcoming and everything explained, including the refurbishment being carried out. The room was lovely, as was the bathroom. Mugs on the tea/coffee tray are a great idea, hotel cups are often far too small! The bed was very comfortable but unfortunately I had trouble getting to sleep as the staff from the restaurant across the courtyard sat outside after closing, talking and laughing until……

“離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。 雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。 服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。”
