“The staff was pleasant. However i did find a hair in my soapdish in the washroom.
The area around the property is infested with homeless ppl and addicts so for that i wouldn't recommend.

“The staff were very helpful and friendly. They upgraded me to a very large room at no extra cost. The room was lovely, spacious and very clean. I love the laminate flooring, so clean compared to the carpet most hotels usually have. Lots of parking, nic breakfast in a clean well staffed dining area. I will not hesitate to stay here again, I felt the rates were very reasonable for the quality of the room.”
“The place is good, surrounded by several retirement houses, and located next to Western University. However, it takes a 5 minute walk uphill form the nearest bus station, and it is a bit difficult to locate. The facility is fine except the heating is not functioning, it was too dry and too hot, in which I have to leave the window open throughout the night for making myself a little more comfortable. ”
