“The property was convenient for my needs, it did not end up being more economical than a hotel as we paid for a room we did not need as they did not accommodate rooms for just 3 people.”

“Travelled to a family reunion. Chose Sandman London as it was central to our activities and we wanted to support a Canadian owned business. Staff were very responsive when we needed to call on them. Fitness room was excellent. There was a street festival nearby. There are many homeless people in the downtown but we were not bothered by anyone.”

“一開始訂房時在考慮兩間酒店，後來決定選擇了免費停車的這一家。這是它的第一個優點。 辦理Check- in時前台服務很熱情，客房很舒適、整潔。雖然因為疫情原因無法在餐廳吃早餐，但客房也有足夠的椅子可以讓我們在房間內用早餐。附近很多家餐廳，評分也都很高，解決三餐很容易。有機會還會再過去。”

“This was a good nights stay. It was quiet and staff was friendly. They do need to invest in some new mattresses a d bedding, they were both umcomfortable.”

“The only problem was the in house restaurant. You need to make sure that you make a reservation otherwise (as we experienced) there was no eating spaces available for dinner. However, lots of great restaurants nearby (8-9 km away) and a large indoor mall & other key stores around these restaurants as well.”

“My family and I stayed in this hotel and experienced very unprofessional service and dishonesty from the night shift staff Jovane in this end of Nov. We went back to the hotel at around 12:30 AM. We could not open our door after inserting the key card for a few times, so we went to the lobby and asked Jovane to check whether there was a problem with our key card. He checked our card and said there wasn’t any problem and asked us to try again. We then went up to our room again and tried again……

“Clean and comfortable room. Close to amenities. Fairly dated decor, but other things are clearly newer: jetted tub, toilet, bathroom tile. Staff friendly and available. Would stay again. I tried to add photos, but the app wouldnt allow. ”
