Just a note to those who have ambulatory issues: There are Many Stairs to reach the entry of home from the parking area below by the garage; and only one bedroom on entry level of home and that floor does not have a shower or bath tub. We were unable to use the hot tub, or the deck because it was covered in sand, drifting sand. Reminded me of snowdrifts, but only with sand.
