“Perfect for a couple. Compact but has everything that a couple needs. Initial mix up due to scheduling problem but the owner showed up personally and resolved the matter. On-street parking was easy and unit was close to my desired amenities. I would stay there again.”

“Location was excellent. Easy access to the CTA Blue Line. Walking distance to a great coffee shop and some good restaurants. Relatively quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood felt quite safe. Parking across the street was free and was no problem. We did reserve the locked parking space behind the building, but the handheld gate control was not in the apartment, so we couldn't use that parking space. The "in unit" washer and dryer were actually not in the apartment itself, but in the basement of……
