“This was close to my 20th stay here. I literally go to Phoenix to stay here. The staff is very friendly & accomodating. This time i brought my 4 granddaughters 7 & under, we had a 530 flight & they have a pretty firm 10am checkout policy. They gave us a 2pm checkout so we didnt have to have the girls out in the heat. They were able to take prooer naps which made life so much easier for me & my daughter. Ive been there 2x in last month & cant wait to get back to my home away from home ASAP.”

“I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance……
