“Great place for the family ”

“I used to always stay in a downtown hotel but lately safety has been an issue when travelling alone. I enjoyed my stopover at the Inn and will get back there anytime I need to make a stopover in the London area.”

“My family and I stayed in this hotel and experienced very unprofessional service and dishonesty from the night shift staff Jovane in this end of Nov. We went back to the hotel at around 12:30 AM. We could not open our door after inserting the key card for a few times, so we went to the lobby and asked Jovane to check whether there was a problem with our key card. He checked our card and said there wasn’t any problem and asked us to try again. We then went up to our room again and tried again……

“Very beautiful hotel. A little pricey. My only disappointment was the lack of blue boxes in our room. The staff were friendly and accommodating.”
