“The WiFi was not good at all not many channel options besides sports channels and Cinemax movies.. Dennis at the front desk was very kind and nice very welcoming smile. “My stay was excellent and accommodating. I lost power at my home so I stayed at this hotel with my grandchildren. They offered a room with an awesome view of the Potomac and Ferris Wheel. My grandchildren loved it. The free breakfast for kids under 3 was an added bonus. I will definitely stay here again for a staycation. ”

“Well- this was my 3rd time staying here in the last several years- All was good- except there were workers right outside my room making a lot of noise from 9am- 1130am. Apparently they were breaking up the tile in the room that used to have an ice machine The banging was super loud and the 2 men were talking very loudly as well. Could barely hear myself think- let alone sleep in I was going to complain at the front desk on my way out- but it was raining and I just wanted to get home ”

"The Tidal Basin is just across the street from the hotel, and the hotel has its own private bridge across the street to the Tidal Basin, which is in a great location to view the cherry blossoms at the Tidal Basin and go to the National Mall. The service staff is very friendly, and the hotel is tastefully decorated, clean and warm. The room is large and overlooks the Tidal Basin from the window.We came to see the cherry blossoms this time with my elderly mother. The hotel is very conveniently located for my mother in a wheelchair to visit the Tidal Basin."
