“Complimentary coffee is excellent, however, it does not provide free breakfast, or I shall say that the price does not include breakfast, which seems to be not the common measures for the hotels in the same area.”

“這次專程去Longwood gardens,離這家飯店非常近。飯店非常漂亮乾淨，晚上睡覺好安靜。但很可惜房間內沒提供咖啡機，也沒有熱水可喝，飯店把暖氣關掉晚上睡到冷醒，第二天才跟他們要台手提式的小暖爐才比較能睡。早餐很簡單，但用餐環境很美，服務人員可以再熱情點。”

“Honestly, I was looking for the least expensive option and did not go in with high expectations. I was very pleasantly surprised. There is no check in person but when I had minor trouble entering someone answered the phone right away and solved the problem immediately! It was clean, comfortable and just what I needed.”

“We have stayed at this property a few times. We enjoy staying here very much! It is usually very quiet. There are plenty of dining options as well as shopping options close by. Comfy beds and plenty of hot water! The property is always very clean! The staff at the front desk are very helpful! We will definitely return!”
