“After a prolonged exchange via Hotels.con messaging trying to reserve rooms near each other and a great deal of confusion caused by the fact that Chevin House is now owned by a hotel chain whose central team seemed incapable of communicating with hotel reservation staff, I contacted Chevin directly and was quickly helped. The stay itself was good. It is very convenient to Leeds Airport. The rooms are comfortable and have all the essentials, though not many outlets for plugs. Food was decent……

“The Superior Double room we booked for two nights was clean and comfortable although the sound proofing between rooms was non-existent - conversation as well as the tv in the adjacent room could easily be heard.
All the staff we met were friendly and efficient. There was a large group of children (possibly a sports team) also staying in the hotel and the accompanying adults were content to ignore their noisy and unruly behaviour whilst in the hotel and grounds. Obviously this lack of concern……
