“I called expedia and explained that no one was there to check us in. When we got there at 3:50pm there was a sign on the window that said they would be back at 9pm. I tried calling the hotel but the number was disconnected and expedia will not refund me as "they cannot get a hold of the property". Do not stay here as no one will check you in and they will just take your money. ”

“Great view of the city! Very comfortable beds, clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for communication was I did not receive my check in instructions an hour before like they said.
