“We stayed in mid-October and loved both the house and the location. There is a great hiking nearby, and some good restaurants. The house is tastefully decorated and well supplied. Communication with the host was easy. Overall, a great stay.”

“Beautiful stay at this lovely home overlooking the mountain. The photos are accurate and everything was comfortable. The kitchen could use a little updating as there weren’t great pots and pans etc. but we made do. ”

“We had a great time for our annual ski trip with friends. The house was well stocked with items needed, the location is beautiful and tucked at the end of a quiet road. Not a far drive to Waterville or major stores. ”

“Girls trip of 5 was very wonderful. House is in a good location and very clean. Owner replied immediately to all requests. The house gives you the New England farmhouse experience. My only concern were he amount of steps and step downs in the house for older visitors. We truly enjoyed our stay”

“Wasn’t coming up here until Sunday, but because there was a snowstorm coming on Saturday and all day on Sunday came up a day early and found this charming, beautiful large home decorated so cute. Full bath in every bedroom.The check-in was easy Brettonwoods Staff is always amazing. Very accommodating for our old folks that come out of town or out of state. I should say for one night, we had an amazing time and will book with them again you’ll love it.”

“We went up to this area to do some skiing at Mount Sunapee. This cottage is close to the mountain, We wanted a dog friendly listing. This was perfect for our 3 labs and their crates and 3 adults. The mud room entrance is awesome for keeping the cottage clean and storing ski/snowboard boots. The cottage is beautifully decorated (like out of a magazine) and seems “like-new”. The beds are very comfortable and we had a great time cooking, playing games and watching movies. The host provided us……

“We stayed here for one night as a very quick getaway. It was cheaper than hotel rooms. House was clean and worked for the one night. Bathrooms are both downstairs so upstairs bedrooms have to go down to use one. Front yard was a little slippery after the snow. Getting to the porch was a bit of a challenge. We all had our own rooms tho so that was really nice.”

“We had a great stay at this property. It was very clean, cozy and charming. Our group had adults and children including an infant and it was very comfortable and convenient. We drove through the Kanacamangus highway to Storyland, so this place was the perfect location for us. We would definitely come back.”
