This is a brand new built house and is beautiful, clean and quiet. This house has everything you need for a weekend away. Will definitely book again! ”

“We had a destination Christmas with our adult daughters, their partners, and our baby granddaughter. It was a fabulous holiday and it snowed while we were here making it a beautiful snowscape. The home was comfortable and just as described with three kind beds and there was plenty of space for others if we had needed it. The game room was lots of fun too. The managers were wonderful helping us out when we first checked in and answering out question.”

“This house is absolutely beautiful! It is exactly like the pictures posted. We visited with 5 families, adults with children. The two bunk rooms were perfect for all the kids and they loved it! Plenty of other bedrooms for all the adults. The kitchen was our favorite, fully stocked with anything you needed. The coffee provided was a very nice touch as well. “We have been coming to Sunday River every year for the past 15 years. We have always stayed at a resort location on the mountain, but this time we were looking for a bit more space. This past week, we had the opportunity to stay at this location and it didn’t disappoint. Unreal first impression, accommodating, clean, all the tech, and a place where we could all relax. “A wondeful surprise! We knew it was rustic but i felt like we were living in a tree house. The house was wonderful for my sister's family and myself. My nephew i and i had the lower level for ourselves while his parents had the top floor. The Community Center has indoor lap pool, regular pool and hot tube. Outside, sitting and lounging areas around the large pool and smaller adult only pool. Perfect jumping off point for Mt. Washington Cog Railway and Weir Beach. Would recommend Cannon Mt.……

Beautiful home that easily accommodated our party of 11 (including myself, spouse, dog, both sets of our parents, and four adult children with one 1). “Check in was simple! As described in email received! Home owner highly responsive. This stay was just for R&R and detachment from the crazy of life. Kitchen well stocked with all basic necessities to cook just about any meal. It may be time to replace some kitchen supplies, some pots and pans may need some replacing and/or lids. “Lovely cottage on a pretty lake. The lake is not that small, but farily quiet with very few boats (I did not see any motorboats at all, even electric ones—just kayas and pedal boats). The property comes with access to a nice beach down the road, but we never bothered—we just stepped in off the dock or off our SUP. ”
