“The Queen Anne Urban B&B was perfectly located for our trip. The room was comfortable and the breakfasts were really delicious. We were very impressed with the gardens. We felt safe on the property, enjoyed sitting outside, and the park across the street was nice for our early morning walks. ”

“Cute decor and breakfast was good. I would recommend going for a room on the 3rd floor as the people above us were stomping around their room at various hours after the "quiet hours". They do put ear plugs on the nightstands but I cannot comfortably sleep with ear plugs in. Otherwise everything was nice. ”

“Beautiful historic property. Well maintained. Chef made exceptional food for us. We have so much food allergy and we enjoyed the breakfast. Will stay again if we visit Denver. The staff is very nice and helpful. Amazing place to stay! So close to downtown Denver. We walked to see the historic and art museums.”

“Everything was perfect except the shower. The temperature was either too hot or too cold.”

“The room was luxurious relevant to the price paid for the room. Beautiful ample, fluffy pillows, quality linens, and a large comfortable bed. The bathroom was large and roomy, and I loved the amenity of a soaker tub. There was a Keurig machine in room to make coffee in the morning. The bartender at the bar was fantastic and they had a perfect light menu available for after a long day of travel.”

“I liked the property, the room was really different than what I’m used to (in a good way!). The room had everything I could need. Fridge, freezer, steamer, projector, etc. The bathroom was a good size; LOVED the shower! The projector was fun, but it was hard to use the remote. It had to be at a certain angle to work, not possible to use while laying down in the bed. The loud noise the projector made after 30 minutes in watching something sort of put me off it which was disappointing. The thing……

“Overall a new facility, very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The problem is the wall is not soundproof, I can hear young people talking loudly in the room next door. I can even hear the vibration of the mobile phone... ”
