“The 5-night stay was overall comfortable, although there was an issue with controlling the temperature of the hot water shower. It would occasionally become scalding during showers. It would also be wonderful if breakfast could include some fruit. Other than these minor points, it was a delightful stay. When we arrived in the late afternoon, the reception gentleman kindly helped my daughter and me carry our luggage to the room on the 2nd floor.”

I had run out of phone battery & missed a train from London and was concerned no one would be available to check me in but instead the helpful young man even sorted out a glass of wine & some crisps for me & brought them to me even though the bar was closed. So kind, showed me to my room aswell as I was concerned it might be out of the way and in the basement & was going to upgrade if so. I needn’t have worried, clean and spacious and……
