“The home was exactly as described, and fit our needs above expectations. The best amenities were the pool and hot tub which the children enjoyed thoroughly even more than the parks. Will certainly book again.”

“I do not recommend NOVA. All foreigners when you call in…nice but hard to understand Kitchen has bare minimum. 1 roll of paper towels and TP. 2 dishwasher pods. Had to buy more for 12 day stay. All rules and regulations are not put in Expedia rules guide when booking Pool was not heated even though I paid 385.00, 2 weeks in advance. I had to text a message vs a call to try to resolve. They claimed that the pool was heated but it was not and so you pay for heat but they don’t actually heat……

“We had a fabulous week! The house was amazing and really made our week feel magical yet private off busy Disney property! There was plenty of space for our 10 guests to spread out and not feel cramped or crowded. The house was well supplied with dishes, cookware, bath towels, pool towels, etc. The Disney themes and touches throughout the home were incredible and charming. We loved having our own pool which overlooked a nature area giving the backyard a private feel. The game room provided hours……

“Great house for our family vacation! Grandma enjoyed having bedroom on the first floor without having to do stairs everyday. We had a small problem with a tripped breaker, so we did not have the pool heat the first day of our stay, but problem was addressed same day we reported it and we received a refund for the pool heat for the two days we paid for and it was off. The carpet could use a little TLC and some of the appliances are a little outdated, but it was a good value for what you get and……
