“The apartments was comfortable and larger than expected. It had basic facilities including a kettle and coffee. The block has no foyer and the reception area was tiny and functional, more what you would expect with an apartment block them with a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful Though not always on site. When I came back to collect my case it was unsupervised and I was unable to find any staff numbers.”

“Could do with clearer instructions on exactly where the door is and where the lockers are, The apartment was clean and tidy, needed a bowl or a plug in the kitchen sink so you could wash up, also a brush and brush pan so you could sweep the every day crumbs etc up. The shower was very hot, impossible to make it a comfortable temperature. I would definitely recommend them”

“The mattress was old and uncomfortable with no mattress protector on the bed aslo the pillows were old and stained. The two windows had different curtains and very thin which let the street lights shine in all night.”

“This is a blatant misrepresentation of the accommodation, you assume the photo on the advert is the building but it is not. The actual building resembles a derelict house with badly peeling black paint and grubby door and windows in an unattractive area where it feels unsafe to leave your car. The inside is slightly better but has torn flooring, wallpaper that has seen better days, uncomfortable seating, poor shower and cheap linen. The photo of the hot tub is laughable when you look at the……

“We really enjoyed our stay at Posh Pads in Liverpool. The apartment was very clean, comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Modern decor and having the living room and kitchen separate to the bedroom and bathroom meant the accommodation was very spacious. All modern conveniences were in the apartment. We bought in food to cook for breakfast/ brunch and ate out during the day and evenings. Excellent location, the hotel is centrally located, shopping and other historical……
