“On the down side: It's VERY dark in the house. Other than kitchen & bath, lighting is poor. Walls are all dark which attributes to the lighting issue. The house is too beautiful to have such a gloomy look. Poor instructions from owner. Unable to discard trash as garage was locked. Unfamiliar with propane, I could only get one burner to work on the stove. No cleaning supplies were available for me to use if needed. Bring a wand if you want to watch television. “My family of 4 (plus our pup) stayed here for a Stowe ski trip. We would definitely return. The place is immaculately clean and fresh (clean, white duvet covers on the beds, fluffy white towels, etc.) and stocked with all basics for your stay (hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, shampoo, etc.). The apartment is about 20 min from the Stowe ski hill - but considering almost all lodging is 10 min away from skiing - the price difference was worth the extra 10 minutes for us. The edge of Stowe……
