“What a great place to spend a week in Stowe! Great location (5-10 minutes from the resort, 5-10 minutes from town). The property was super clean and inviting. The library / sitting room area is a great place to spend time with family and friends. We could not get over how warm the house was, despite the freezing temperatures. “Every year my family rents a house in Stowe to ski. This year there were 8 of us (all adults) and it was our first time staying at this house. The property was clean and bright, and situated very close to downtown and about 12 minutes to Stowe. Comfy furniture and beds, and lots of parking. The owner was very responsive to my messages. It appears the house is very newly renovated and there were a few things that could be improved upon. Between the two kitchens, there was only one kitchen towel……

“On the down side: It's VERY dark in the house. Other than kitchen & bath, lighting is poor. Walls are all dark which attributes to the lighting issue. The house is too beautiful to have such a gloomy look. Poor instructions from owner. Unable to discard trash as garage was locked. Unfamiliar with propane, I could only get one burner to work on the stove. No cleaning supplies were available for me to use if needed. Bring a wand if you want to watch television.
