“Perfect location from the base. Excellent service at check-in and check-out. Dining experiences left a lot to be desired - service was pretty bad and took a very long time for drinks and food. Wait staff was just rude. Would’ve liked the fitness center to be included and to have daily cleaning service since theirs is no washer/dryer - not enough towels and no one to pick up used towels. Overall a lonely stay and enjoyable experience. ”

“This property is just okay...we checked in, took one look at the room, came back on Expedia, booked another room and left the key on the counter, all within 10 minutes of arriving at the "hotel". This place is very misrepresented on Expedia and it is cute and serene, but not for us. Upon walking in, it's a cute, cozy "living room" with a fireplace and the guy that checked us in was friendly (and shoeless...odd...). He personally walked us up to our room and told us about dinner. “On the down side: It's VERY dark in the house. Other than kitchen & bath, lighting is poor. Walls are all dark which attributes to the lighting issue. The house is too beautiful to have such a gloomy look. Poor instructions from owner. Unable to discard trash as garage was locked. Unfamiliar with propane, I could only get one burner to work on the stove. No cleaning supplies were available for me to use if needed. Bring a wand if you want to watch television.
