“We stayed for four days on a trip to see a bunch of Broadway shows and do touristy things in New York. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. It has everything you need (plus a lot of nice extras - welcome snacks, toiletries, washing machine, grill, huge TV room). It’s easy to get to Manhattan on the Subway and it’s a nice refuge at the end of the day if the city is just too much. The neighbourhood felt safe - we walked back from the Subway after dark……

“Loved staying here. If you need a place to simply sleep in a comfy bed & get ready to go out for the day, this place is for you. The apartment is exactly how the pictures look. Big parking lot behind the house. The location was a quick drive to the towns we wanted to go visit. Host was super nice and communicative. Overall, we are soooo satisfied! “I loved every min of this stay. Easy to check in, parking available, very clean, spacious, comfortable, and amazing location. I would love to book with this host again. “Very clean, comfortable, and quiet property. Although advertised one car parking, actually can park 2, which is good since limited street parking in a crowded neighborhood. Highly recommended if you're staying in the NYC area.”

The owner was prompt and professional with all of our questions and requests and went out of the way to ensure our comfort. The home itself was immaculately handed over to us, stocked with linens, towels and kitchen materials. "Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages. Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically sufficient to me with good services. staff and cleaning ladies are good. Free to depose luggages of course tips are what it takes. I wrote to prefer a high-floor room but ended getting a low one and the staff told me he could not change what’s in the system. Don’t quite understand…well that’s what it was. "
