“Paul and Sophie were the consumate hosts. Attentive without being over bearing. The property is in first class order with everything you could need for a perfect quiet stay. The breakfast was amazing and freshly cooked to order every day. As we have family in the area, we have always struggled to find good accommodation but Lynedene ticked all the boxes!! We will most definitely be back. This will be our number one go to in the area. ”
“What beautiful place to stay. With lovely weather we had a really nice stay. I love being surrounded by greenery, so relaxing.
The only downside for me, was the fact our room 'Executive double' was right by the main entrance to the rooms on the ground floor, so you didn't feel very private. I opened the curtains and there is the delivery man in his lorry.
We would stay here again, but would not want to stay in that room again. ”

Bit of traffic noise in night to be expected on a bank holiday weekend and mattresses were satisfactory.

“Great boutique hotel. Stylish good sized room. Room included a nespresso coffee machine, fresh milk, homemade macarons and a couple of complimentary alcoholic beverages. The toiletries smelled amazing! Sunday lunch in restaurant was excellent. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.”
“Lovely location pleasant room was left waiting to check in for too long only downside to stay breakfast was really good choice of plate was questionable for size of breakfast (too small) but overall nice place to stay without a doubt .”
“Great welcome and communication by the people running the house, its tucked away in a quiet place with locked and safe parking behind a gate. Rooms were very clean and comfy but I didn't have any food which was kindly on offer so can't comment on that. Very friendly welcome.”
