“We booked this as somewhere nice to stay ahead of a family commitment in Sheffield. Whilst the hotel looks very nice in the pictures, there were some let-downs that did not meet expectations:- Towel rail and key slot to enable room electrics were broken. Towel rail could not be fixed so towels could not be dried. Several rooms nearby had multiple dogs in that were barking loudly for a lot of the time.
