“Beautiful property with lots of thoughtful touches - muffins and eggs. The patio area was a real delight as bird feeders brought feathered friends and a flock of Canada geese grazed in the nearby open area. Close to Longwood Gardens and Brandywine Creek State Park provided the ideal location.”

“The house is beautiful and well maintained! We had a great time using the hot tub and fire pit. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items we needed to cook for 12. We had such a great time, I don’t think a tv was turned on … except for the movie playing in the theater by our 20 something’s! Can’t wait for the Haunt convention next year as we’ll be back! Thanks for a great weekend!”

“I stayed for the weekend with three friends and it was a nice time. Good location, close to coffee and restaurants. We were able to find street parking all weekend. Clean and well stocked with necessary supplies and free snacks. This is a full-time rental (not someone's actual house) in a rapidly gentrifying neighborhood in case that is important to you. ”

“This property is ideal for any event at the surrounding colleges and universities because of the location, but don’t delay booking because it fills quickly. The host responded to our emails within 24 hours prior to our stay and responded within 30 minutes during our stay. We need to reach out to them once during our stay and received an email plus a phone call to ensure they were able to answer our question. This was a very nice personal touch! very cozy place to stay

"This is a highly-recommended hotel. The location is quite convenient. Everything is great, feeling like a home. One thing that they can improve is the offering of the breakfast. It is quite hard to get breakfast outside the hotel in the morning. So, if there is breakfast offered, even a simple continental breakfast, that would be great and the convenient for business travelers."
