“Booked 3 nights at JW Marriott Xi’an Southwest, room is new, spacious and clean. Bathroom view is very nice for the studio room I booked. The first 2 nights are great, however the last night we had encountered a security incident, while we are sleeping, a Korean guest who stay at the room beside us are drunk and keep smashing our door at midnight around 2 am, and the hotel staff wasn’t able to stop him immediately. It wasn’t a pleasant experience, but the good thing is that after the hotel……

“去地鐵或覓食都很方便，停車位稍微少一點（只有21個，要碰運氣），去景點打車也都不遠。房間寬敞舒適。一樓的燒烤店跟火鍋店不好吃（題外話）。”

“这是一家不会再去住的酒店，以下个人体验供参考。 当初预订的时候，听名字和看图片觉得还不错，最主要地理位置非常好。入住时打开房门的一瞬间懵了！感觉时光穿越了，空调是拨盘的那种，房间没有灯光调节，就床头两盏灯，海信的电视机没有卫星电视，还配了一个家用机顶盒，电视机也看不了，家具陈旧，没有淋浴房，只有一个浴缸，还冷热水需要自己转，最诡异就是卫生间门上装一面大镜子，晚上看到吓死人了！ 据说是西安最早的五星级酒店，但都21世纪了，快捷酒店和民宿都比它强，难怪这么大一个酒店，住了几天一个人都没看到过。”

“The service, location, and amenities in the hotel were fantastic. It is much older than in the pictures. The furniture, carpets, walls etc are all old and/or damaged. However because the rest is good, I would stay again. ”
