“The gentleman at the front desk was really nice, and signed me up for the rewards program. The bed was very comfortable, and the room seemed really clean. There was construction going on right next to the building, but I didn't hear it at check in or when I left the next day, but while it wasn't an issue for me, probably good for people to know there is active construction going on right outside the window. I really liked the area though and the room, so would highly recommend. ”

“Loved staying here. Daughter and I went for a girls weekend. Had a great time. Staff was attentive. They forgot to give us our breakfast passes, but took care of it the next morning. The pool was under maintenance, which is a big reason we went there, but we just shopped instead. It was rainy, so the pool being closed wasn't that inconvenient.”

“Hotel location is good but there is no safe path to walk to the Crabtree Mall. I would suggest petitioning for a crosswalk/pedestrian crossing signal on Glenwood Ave/Arrow Dr./Blue Ridge Dr(?)”
