While the female receptionist was helpful, the overall attitude of the staff left much to be desired. The cleanliness of the hotel was also concerning; I found a spider web above the bed, and the windows had clearly gone uncleaned for quite some time. It’s disheartening to see such a historic establishment being let down by its current staff. I hope they can address these issues for future guests. "
