“Very clean updated studio. Deck and back yard are very well kept. Has everything you need when coming to an extended or short stay. All amenities were as listed if not in better condition than I would have thought. Owner was extremely accommodating at all times. I would stay again. ”

“This is a budget friendly condo complex located directly on the beach about 5 minutes from St Andrews State Park which is on the east end of PCB. Great location for quick access to most dinning and entertainment. The unit was nice, good amenities but this particular unit needed a little better cleaning but overall acceptable. Master bed was comfortable but Guest bed was not. Building and grounds well kept. We loved the after hours on-site security. They were very friendly and thorough. Nice……

“The place was easy to get to especially as the entrance was on a side street off the main drags. We were thankful also that it’s a gated property. The room was as advertised and pictured, but just for a short stay it’s a perfect place. It has a microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, so can cook some small stuff and a small fridge and freezer If it had a little 2 burner counter top deal, it would be better.”
