“The room was clean as could be and well maintained, so close to the beach, the pool was super clean, the entire place was clean. Owner of our room is super friendly and promptly responded to all my messages. We highly recommend!!!!! We are definitely going back.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Right on the beach. Very nice pool. Very conveniently close to everything. We walked to the runaway island restaurant and Walmart was right around the corner. John was available and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.”

“A very nice efficiency. It was clean, the bed was good, 2 tv’s, the bath was clean with good water pressure, and the kitchenette was adequate for our needs. The location is walking distance to Pier Park and other restaurants. The only negative is there is not a good view of the beach due to it being ground floor, however the pool is right out the door ”

“This place is right on the beach which was really great! Parking can be a little challenging on site, but there is additional parking across the street. Heavy traffic on the main road in front. Pros: Location Laundry on site Cold AC Large comfy couch to hang out on. Huge refrigerator Cons: Need coin exchange at site for laundry 1 elevator No option for recycling Some flooring is coming up, large holes in wall in the bathroom from previous wall hangings, broken hook and paint peeling. “We did not like that some of the lamps did not work, the stove did not work. When we checked in and went to the beach and came back the fire alarm went off and we did nothing we had to wait outside for about 3 hours until security came and they could not turn it off and they had to call 911…. And nothing was wrong. ”

“I do not like the fact that I paid good money to stay 2 nights and then after booking and cancellation date passed I received an email stating parking was an additional $75. Then I arrive early which I was told I could and enter early for my entry codes not to work.”

“Feel like the photos were misleading. Paint chipped walls, flooring coming apart, only view was of the highway, after staying we walked out with a bunch of bumps/ Bug bites. Overall not a good experience and do not recommend.”
